2013 / 2014 Tryouts

May 13, 2013 - The Northeast United Premier Soccer Club has announced the schedule for the boys and girls Academy Team Evaluations for U6-U8 , Developmental Team Evaluations for U9-11 teams and Tryouts for competition team for U12-U18 for the 2013/2014 season.  Youths ages 6-19 from all over northeastern Connecticut and surrounding areas are eligible to tryout for these premier-level teams at no cost.

The purpose of the NEU program is to provide an advanced program of coaching and competition for the Connecticut Junior Soccer Association's soccer players in the Northeast District and surrounding areas.

The types of players accepted into the program are athletes who are dedicated to striving for the highest level attainable in soccer.

• Commitments are expected for the entire seasonal year beginning in the Fall, indoor sessions during the Winter, and going through the Spring. U8-U11 will play small-sided friendly matches for full season.  Full-sided games will be played for U12 and above.

• The tryouts will be over a 2-day period  (unless indicated otherwise).  It is recommended that players attend both tryouts in order to be fully evaluated by the coaching staff.

Current Northeast players should NOT wear NEU uniforms to tryouts.

• Please wear appropriate soccer equipment and bring water & a BALL to the tryout.

• Please be sure to confirm the schedule prior to the tryout date due to unforseen changes.
